At Page by Page Studio, your satisfaction matters. We’re committed to delivering thoughtfully crafted digital and physical products to support your writing journey. Below you’ll find our policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds for both digital and physical products.
Digital Products (Instant Downloads)
All digital products—including but not limited to journals, planners, trackers, and guides—are delivered as instant downloads. Due to the nature of these products, all digital sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on digital files once they have been downloaded or accessed.
If you experience any technical issues with your download (e.g., the file won’t open, is corrupted, or a link isn’t working), please contact us at support@pagebypagestudio.com, and we’ll make sure you receive the file you paid for.
Physical Products (Printed Journals & Shipped Items)
We gladly accept returns or exchanges on physical products within 30 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
Eligible Returns:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
- You must contact us at support@pagebypagestudio.com within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate a return.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used, damaged, or marked journals
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or in error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at support@pagebypagestudio.com within 7 days of delivery, including:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund if necessary.
